​Student Placements 

At Bright Sparks we work in conjunction with many of the schools, colleges and universities.

Students in early years including Childcare teaching and nursing are welcomed on board as part of their learning modules. Child interaction is so important in these areas and a natural ability to work with children needs to be experienced during placement. Students learn the value of becoming part of a team, working in the school environment, the importance of proper structure each day and the experience of observations can now become reality for them.

In Bright Sparks, the placements are supervised and onsite monitoring is positive, fun and learning for our students.
We also take Transition Year students who experience the world of children/education and may help them in their future decisions towards further education after finishing school.
