​The Linc Programme enables early years educators to take on the role of Inclusion Co-ordinator (INCO).
The programme scaffolds professionals with knowledge and skills to support the participation of children with additional needs in our setting.

AIM
The Access and Inclusion model is also known as AIM. It provides support for children with additional needs to make sure they are fully included in Bright Sparks ECCE programme. It supports Bright Sparks to ensure we offer a holistic programme that provides a rich bank of experience for every child.
